The AGM on 27th March in conference room 2 at K2 starting 7.15 for 7.30pm and I trust that everyone will make the effort to attend.

Below is the Agenda and Nomination Form for the election of Officers and Committee Members. Would you please complete the slip with the approval of those concerned and return it to any Committee member by 20 March 2007.
